ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within two business days, excluding pre-orders. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery. We ship via DHL Express or Australia Post—please note that delivery times vary depending on the destination. Orders are not shipped on weekends or Australian public holidays.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

The shipping rate is shown at checkout, depending on the entered country - though we offer free shipping on orders above $1,000 AUD.

 

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

If you are purchasing from outside Australia, your country may impose import duties and taxes, which will be collected upon delivery. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in your total at checkout, as they are determined by the customs agency in your country. To estimate these costs, we recommend contacting your local customs office or shipping carrier for further information.

 

REFUSED DELIVERY

If a customer refuses delivery for any reason, Hank Knitwear will not be responsible for covering any unpaid duties or taxes. Should the item be returned to us with outstanding duties, taxes, or additional shipping fees, these costs will be deducted from your refund.
